At Digital Code, we aim to provide high-quality digital products and customer satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we have set the following guidelines for refund requests:
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are only applicable for defective or non-functioning products.
- No refunds If Any Product 90+ Working Condiation.
- Refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases are not eligible.
2. Process for Requesting Refunds
- To request a refund, contact our support team via email at support@digitalcode.co.in or through the contact form at Digital Code Contact.
- Provide the order ID, product details, and the reason for the refund request.
- Our team will assess the request and provide a resolution within 3-5 business days.
3. Refund Approval
- If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed to the Your Wallet within 3 business days.
- If the product is part of a bundle or package, partial refunds may not be available.
4. Exclusions
- Custom-made digital products are not eligible for refunds.
- Products that have been modified by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
